Red Wings game

Last Sunday, I went with my mom and the Cub Scouts to see the Red Wings play the Dallas Stars.

The Cub Scouts were invited to come down to the tunnel right outside the Red Wings dressing room to slap hands with the Red Wings before they came out to the ice. My mom knew we were going to do this but she did not tell me because she wanted to keep it a surprise for me so I did not know about it until we went down there. It was fun to slap all the Red Wings hands and they even gave us a special Red Wings puck. I have a picture of me and my friend Drew in the tunnel. All the kids liked it.

The Red Wings lost 4-3 in overtime but that is ok. I got to see James Neal on the Stars who used to play on the Whalers and I met him before. He is really nice.

This was a lot of fun for me.
