My friend, Tyler Seguin from the Whalers was drafted with the second pick in the first round in the NHL draft by the Boston Bruins yesterday.
The Whalers had a draft party at CJ's restaurant yesterday to watch it on tv but we could not go because I had a baseball game but we lost the game.
We sent a congratulations to his Facebook and a lot of other people did too.
I asked my dad if I could get a Tyler Seguin Bruins jersey and he said yes.
I added his name to the Bruins #10 on my NHL Hits Game Cube game so I can play him at home.
We are going to see him when the Bruins play the Red Wings.
More Whalers are going to be drafted today.
