Two Wildcat victories
Two weeks ago, I saw the Novi Wildcats beat the Plymouth-Salem Rocks 42-0 in football. I forgot to add it to my site but I am doing it now.
Yesterday, I saw Novi beat the South Lyon East Cougars 62-13. The game was in South Lyon. When Novi came on the field, most of the people booed but we and other Novi people cheered. South Lyon East fans are really rowdy too and yelled at our players the whole game. I was sitting in my seat in the first quarter with my dad and Alex when my friends Noah, Nate and John came up to me and asked if I wanted to hang out with them and my dad said it was ok so I spent the whole game with them walking around. We played tag and did a lot of wrestling in the grass and dirt behind the stands. Then we played football with a Coke bottle. We did sliding down the hill too. We watched a little of the game.
Novi has now won 3 games and lost 2 games and doing better.
Wildcat games are fun.

Novi Wildcat victory
Friday night, me, Alex and my dad went to Novi High School Stadium to see the Novi Wildcats play football against the Livonia Stevenson Spartans.
A few minutes before the game was supposed to start at 7:00, there was a lightning storm and the game was delayed. The storm was long and there was a lot of lightning but we did not leave and we stood under the stands with other fans. Most of the people left. The game started at 8:45 and it was funny because there was hardly any people there then but we watched with some of our friends who stayed.
There is a funny story. During the rain delay, a person from the concession stand said, "We still have hot dogs, pizza, candy and all kinds of stuff. Come on over." One kid looked over and got really excited and screamed "Free food!" and ran over there and asked what he could get. Then they told him the concessions were not free just because it was raining and he still he had to pay. It was funny. The next day, I saw that kid driving with the same shirt on and I thought that was funny.
The Wildcats played really well and won 49-13. It was funny because when the Wildcats were scoring, there were only a few people there to clap and cheer. Usually, there is a real big crowd and our stadium is kind of big and there are usually loud cheers but not Friday.
Novi has won one game and lost two now. We want another victory next Friday against Plymouth Salem.
I will let you know how it goes because I told my dad that I want to cover every Novi football game that they play.

Novi football
Friday night, me, my dad and Alex went to see the Novi Wildcats play the Chelsea Bulldogs in football. Because it was the first game of the year, they opened the season at Eastern Michigan University stadium.
Novi lost 24-12 and did not look very good. Chesea's uniforms are like Notre Dame's and Novi's are like Michigan State so it looked like those two teams were playing. Novi used to always be good but the last couple of years, they have not been so good. We had fun though and the nice guy in front of us won the 50/50 drawing and won $170. It was funny because after he picked up his money, then all his kids came around him and they were not sitting with him the whole game. He said, "Well why do you want to come around me now?"
Even though Novi football might not be so good this year, Novi hockey is the Michigan State Champs and I like hockey better anyway.
That is it for now.

I scored a hat trick!

My hockey team, the Novi Wings are doing pretty well. We have won nine games and lost none.
Today we had two games and we won the first game 12-2 and won the second game 7-1. In the first game we were pretty good and winning 9-2 and then our coach said the defensemen were going to play forward position for the third period and the forwards would go back and play defense. This is good because I am a defenseman and this gives me a chance to get more shots to try and score. Defensemen don't take many shots because they are too far away from the net and the forwards are the goal scorers.
I did pretty well because I scored 3 goals in the third period which is a hat trick in hockey. For the first goal, I got close to the net and got a pass and shot a one-timer into the net. A one-timer is when you hit a slap shot right off a pass into the net. Hockey people think one-timers are cool. For the last two goals, I got breakaways and got past the defense for the other team and skated in on the goalie and shot it past him for goals. Then it was 12-2 and the game had to end then because if a team is winning by 10 goals, the game ends early.
I think this was my best game. I even got to take some face-offs. I still like to play defense but it is fun to be a forward for some games and my coaches are really nice about moving us around when we are really winning by a lot. One cool thing about defense is we get to slap our goalies pads with our stick before the periods because we are closest to the goalies. I see the Whaler defensemen do this too. The playoffs are coming up in a few weeks and I hope we do well.
We just also found out that the Novi Wildcats hockey team just won the State Championship. The game was today where the Whalers play but I missed it because I was at church. I did go to one of their playoff games last week and cheered them on. It was exciting.
Also James Livingston of the Whalers just got signed by the San Jose Sharks of the NHL and we are going to cheer him tomorrow at the game.
A lot hockey for me.
Dad helped me a lot on this one but I had a lot I wanted to say.
